Which PBX brands do you install and support in Dubai?

We sell, install and maintain Avaya IP Office, Grandstream UCM, Yeastar PBX, Panasonic NS series, NEC SL2100
and other SIP-compatible IP PBX platforms. We can also take over existing systems installed by another vendor.
Do you provide annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for Avaya and Grandstream PBX?

Yes. Our yearly PBX AMC includes preventive maintenance visits, firmware checks, backup of configurations, minor
programming changes and priority response for any telephony issues affecting your business.
Can you integrate SIP trunks and remote extensions with my PBX?

We configure SIP trunks from UAE telecom operators and international ITSPs, set outbound rules and caller ID, and
create secure remote extensions using mobile and desktop apps so your team can work from anywhere.
Can you upgrade my old analog PABX to an IP PBX without replacing all telephones?

In most scenarios we can keep many of your existing telephones by using FXS gateways or hybrid cards. At the same
time you gain IP PBX features like IVR, voicemail-to-email, softphones and call recording, with a phased handset upgrade plan.
